Pre-order: Cross stitch box ships 1st April

Subscription: If you are a member of our subscription club, there is no need to do anything, sit back and wait for the box to arrive at your doorstep.

Our bi-monthly cross stitch subscription boxes are modern counted cross stitch kits. Receive a new modern theme kit with finishing accessories every 2 months. First payment is on the day you subscribe, the next payment is 2 months later, and so on.

Also available as a one-time purchase (without the membership discount though)

All our products are hand made, therefore please allow us time to work on your orders.

Shipping fees

Post & packaging fees depend on the weight of the product. All products (except for accessories) are shipped with a tracking number.

You need to reach the checkout page for our system to calculate postage according to your items in your cart.

EU: We are unable to ship to Europe

Returns

Except the subscription service, we accept returns within 2 weeks of receipt but must be in its original condition. 

Return postage fees are paid by the customer if the reason for return is other than a faulty return. If item is faulty or damaged in any way we will cover the cost of return postage.

We will also replace any item that has been damaged by the post office however we need the damaged article to be returned to us so that we can forward it to the post office. We will also reimburse reasonable postage costs for sending damaged items back to us.
